I do know a little about this. The progesterone (preg. hormone) actually competes with cortisol in our bodies, so having more progesterone will make the cortisol lower. Does that make sense? Also, our fat cells retain estrogen and that also affects progesterone levels. So, he's trying to get you to the place where you have more progesterone in your body all the way around. Which in turn keep cortisol at bay. Eat up my friend and enjoy the next couple of days. Then, it's on to the hard stuff. I just wish I had gotten a solution for my problems. He has no idea why I'm producing so much cortisol. Oh well... maybe I'll go for a hamburger and a shake and think about it!!Debbie C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11221503649077835935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5519991961001129229.post-13272789242635852742008-08-20T11:57:00.000-05:002008-08-20T11:57:00.000-05:00Philippians 2:12-16 Therefore, my dear friends, a...Philippians 2:12-16

Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed–not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence–continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,13for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.
14Do everything without complaining or arguing,
15so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe16as you hold out[1] the word of life–in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing

This is something I need to hear on a DAILY basis!
